To build one home for a family that has never known a place called home can fulfill the dreams and change the life of that one family for certain. To engage the entire community, however, in the goal of turning dreams into realities, can positively change the face of the whole community. As long as we have the power to spark the spirit of activism and the fortitude to exemplify the rewards of hard work and cooperation - the hopes, the dreams, and the determination of our communities will resonate for years to come.

Cincinnati Habitat Young Professionals are affiliated with Cincinnati Habitat for Humanity, founded in 1986 and providing our region's communities with over 129 homes since inception. The Young Professional group began in 2005 and is led by a ten-member Advisory Board and thirty-plus member Leadership Team from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Membership is free and open to all.

CHYP will carry out their mission through community engagement, event-based fundraising, social networking, education, and collaboration with area businesses, groups, and organizations. Funds raised by Cincinnati Habitat Young Professionals will go towards Cincinnati Habitat for Humanity.
