ACCEPTABLE

• Appliances Ten (10) years old or less and in working condition
• Architectural items; In good condition, columns, antique windows, mantels, porch post, interior railings
• Cabinets/Countertops/Vanity tops; Clean and unscratched
• Ceiling Fans; blades removed and taped to motor with mounting hardware
• Flooring; Carpets & padding- no visible wear or stains or odors.  New vinyl tile and ceramic tile. Unblemished hardwood
• Doors; Exterior and interior
• Electrical; Residential wire, plugs, plates.
• Furniture; In good condition, free of stains and odor
• Hardware; For doors, cabinets in working condition, free of rust
• Housewares; Baskets, knick knacks, silk plants, decorative plates only, etc.
• Insulation; New only (in bundles, unopened)
• Lighting; All parts included
• Lumber; Plywood - full to ¼ sheets, milled lumber - 6’ lengths, trim - 6’ lengths, siding – full lengths
• Masonry; Cinderblock, stone & brick – drop off on pallet only 
• Paint; any new, full, unopened, non rusted cans of latex paint or stain with color clearly indicated
• Paint Supplies; Brushes, trays, etc.
• Plumbing Fixtures and Hardware; New or clean used sinks, bathtubs, toilets in good condition with no chips or permanent stains.  Fiberglass bathtub/stalls. Plumbing hardware and pipe –PVC/metal/copper.
• Roofing materials; Shingles (whole bundles), rolls of roofing materials, ½ roll min. New roofing and gutter materials with no damage.
• Sheet Rock; (drywall) 4’ lengths and up, conditions must be that 4’ of sheet rock is salvageable, 12’ lengths and up accepted.
• Tools; Hand or power tools in working condition, not needing any repairs.
• Vents; Floor, ceiling, return clean and in good condition
• Windows; Double pane only (no single pane) pre inspected and free of rot with glass intact; no cracks or fogging in glass.

UNACCEPTABLE

• Blinds
• Clothing
• Computers, printers, small electronics
• Drapes, window treatments
• Glass Doors either shower or sliding
• Gym and exercise equipment
• Used paint
• Chemicals: Paint thinner, pesticides, fertilizers, and other toxic, hazardous chemicals
• Mattresses/Water Beds
• Hot tubs
• Televisions
• Unframed glass or mirrors
• Baby items or Toys
