What kind of homes does Cincinnati Habitat build and where would my home be located?
Cincinnati Habitat builds using five different models. The smallest home we build has three bedrooms and the largest has four. The lot size and neighborhood determine the model of home we will build.

If you were approved as a Partner Family, you would be offered a maximum of two building sites. We will take into consideration your current neighborhood and family size when offering potential sites. If you declined both sites that are offered, you would have to reapply the next time applications were accepted to be considered for future Cincinnati Habitat homes. Due to the size of our service area, it is not possible for Cincinnati Habitat to guarantee that any site offered to you would be in or near your current neighborhood of choice.
