Our Current Builds
Cincinnati Habitat will build 10 new homes and rehab 4 in 2010. The
Board and staff are excited about all that will be happening during
this year's construction season:
- A
new house design is being built this year which is the product of
an American Institute of Architects design competition which
focused on environmental sustainability.
- We
will be partnering with Ohio National Financial Services to build
the 3rd and 4th homes of 10 to be built via this partnership over five years.
- We
will be extending our call for volunteers to the community at large
on a number of our homes.
Meet
the Families
You've seen where we will be building . . . now meet the families
who will be the future homeowners of these 14 houses. Hear
their stories and find out what this opportunity will mean to their
families.
Homes We Build
In 2008, we added two new home designs to those
we build: the Steiner and a newly designed
handicap-accessible model. This brings our model count to 8.
